At Photo Booth Expo this year, Ryan spent the show standing at the Snappic booth. And over and over — more times than anyone expected — people came up to say some version of the same thing: I still use what I learned at Photo Booth Live.

Not "that was fun." Not "good event." They named specific sessions. Specific numbers they changed. Things they'd stopped doing and things they'd started, three years on.

That's a strange thing to hear about a one-day conference. Most events are forgotten by the following Monday. This one apparently wasn't — and that's the entire reason there's a Houston.

Dallas was one of the best rooms we ran in 2023 — the energy was different, the questions were sharper, and people drove in from four states to be there. Texas has more working booth operators than almost anywhere we've been, and one stop was never going to cover it.

Houston is the other half of that. It's cheap to fly into from either coast, it's drivable from most of the South, and it's big enough that you'll finally meet people you've only ever argued with in Facebook groups.

If you've been waiting for one of these to land somewhere you can actually get to, this is it.

Nobody is going to show you how to set up a booth. You know how to set up a booth.

This is for operators already running events who want to charge more, follow up better, stop doing everything themselves, and build something that keeps booking when they're not chasing it. Owners, operators, and the people on their team who actually execute.

If you're brand new you'll get a lot out of it. If you've been at this a few years, you'll get more.
